Another Great Year For EVBR !!
I was raised to believe that any day your feet can hit the floor is a good day. I suppose I’m a “silver lining” type of person. But even a synic would agree that we had a good year in 2005.
First, our real reason for being is to care for and ultimately find homes for the bunnies that need our help. We cared for just over 400 bunnies this past year and found homes for almost 300 of them!
We also spayed or neutered over 180 bunnies in 2005! We feel that’s worth “tooting our horn” over. We are making great progress, not only in getting the bunnies we see spayed or neutered, but also with pet owners that didn’t think a spay or neuter was important.
You may or may not have read about our Feline E-List program. We began it in the last quarter of last year and have seen remarkable success with it. We adopted out just over 150 cats this last year and certainly look for that number to grow, as well.
Our plans are for more of the same and greater things to come, but we need you support. Help us where you can .. Please .. by financial support and/or by volunteering to help.
