Look at the picture of sweet little Monsoon. He looks just like any other cute little bunny, eh? Well, he certainly does to anyone that didn’t pay attention to him. Poor little Monsoon is a textbook example of neglect!
It’s more than obvious that this little guy was simply fed and left alone. From the story we got - and the way it was delivered - these folks that “found” him were just letting him run around some bit of the back yard in the summer heat.
